Registration for TimeTrack CloudThrough the mobile apps (TimeTrack Lite, TimeTrack Pro) the user can register for the free test version of TimeTrack Cloud. The test version is personal and only accessible for the user with the login credentials. During 14 days, a test version offers all of TimeTrack’s functions. Furthermore, there is the possibility to turn notifications on or off. They were created for the testing phase, in order to help users understand the Software more easily. It works by shortening Users’ IP addresses within member states of the European Unions or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be sent to a Google server and shortened within the US. Saved cookie data in the web app are automatically deleted when the user logs out. It won’t be used for other purposes. Information, that TimeTrack (or third systems, that use TimeTrack) automatically collects, for example: during the registration for TimeTrack Cloud (email and cloud-name), while registering for TimeTrack Enterprise (first and last name, cloud-name, company name, country) or in general the IP-addresses of the users’ computers, that use TimeTrack, URI-addresses (uniform resource identifier), the moment of request, the displayed server-status (successful result, error etc.), the functions that are used by the user’s browser and operation system.
